Exporters of Food Ingredients & Eco Food Containers
Premium food ingredients and biodegradable foodservice containers, supplied to importers, manufacturers and foodservice brands overseas. Every shipment backed by full documentation, certified quality, and professional execution.
A food container, not a wrapper. Plates, bowls, trays and lidded containers pressed from sugarcane fibre — food sits directly against the surface, travels in it, reheats in it and is served from it.
We operate with the same standards expected by European, US, and Middle East buyers.
Complete Documentation
COA, Phytosanitary, FSSAI, Certificate of Origin and all buyer-required documents provided per shipment.
NABL Accredited Lab Testing
Every batch tested at NABL-accredited third-party laboratories. Batch-specific COAs shared before shipment.

Bagasse tableware produced at facilities holding biodegradability, compostability and PFAS-free certifications. Manufacturer's certificates provided on request.

Biodegradable food containers and tableware pressed from sugarcane fibre — made to hold, carry, reheat and serve food. Export-ready with full compliance documentation.
Tableware and Food Containers — Not Packaging Material
Bagasse is often grouped with paper and film under the label “eco packaging”, but that description understates what it is. Packaging protects a product on its way to the buyer. A bagasse plate, bowl, tray or clamshell is the vessel the food itself occupies — portioned into it in the kitchen, sealed and transported in it, reheated in it, and eaten directly from it. That places it in the same functional category as a ceramic plate or a melamine tray, and it has to perform to that standard.
It is manufactured by pressing washed sugarcane fibre — the residue left after juice extraction — under heat and pressure into a moulded form. No plastic film, no wax layer, no fluorochemical coating. The oil and water resistance comes from the density of the fibre itself, which is why the material can be certified PFAS-free while still holding hot, oily and saucy food.
Direct food contact, no barrier layer
Because there is no liner between food and container, the fibre must be food-contact grade throughout. Ours is produced to that standard and carries no PFAS, no chlorine bleaching and no added binders that could migrate into the meal.
Structural performance under load
A container has to survive a full portion of hot food, a stack of other containers on top of it, and a delivery rider’s bag. Wall thickness, rim reinforcement and base geometry are specified for that, not for shelf display.
One vessel across the cold-to-hot chain
Freezer safe for prepared-meal storage, microwave safe for reheating, oven safe for finishing. Central kitchens and meal-kit operations can portion once and skip the transfer step entirely, which cuts labour and handling loss.
Formats built around menus
Round plates in seven sizes, square and compartment trays, bowls from 6 oz to 750 ml with matching lids, and hinged clamshells. Sizing follows portion logic — a thali, a rice bowl, a burger and fries — so operators are not forced to redesign menus around available boxes.
Presentation is part of the function
Since the customer sees and eats from it, finish matters. A clean matte surface and consistent natural white tone read as premium at the table — unlike brown kraft, which reads as transit material.
Composts as agricultural matter
With no plastic component to separate out, used items go into commercial composting with the food residue still on them — the practical advantage over lined paperboard, which needs cleaning and separation to be recycled at all.

Round Plates
From a compact 6″ snack plate to a generous 12″ main-course plate, this range covers virtually every food service format. Made from pressed sugarcane fibre, each plate is rigid enough to hold a full meal without flex or sag — something many alternatives struggle with. The natural matte texture and clean white finish give a premium look that stands out on any table setting.
Whether your operation runs a few hundred covers a day or a few thousand, consistent sizing and stacking geometry keep service smooth and storage efficient.

Round Compartment Plates
When the menu calls for rice, dal, sabzi, and a side all on one plate, these do the job cleanly. Deep divider walls hold portions in place even when plates are handed across a counter or carried on a tray. The 3-compartment format suits everyday meal service while the 4-compartment version is popular with airline caterers and institutional kitchens that need precise portion control built into the plate itself.
A compostable answer to the plastic compartment trays still used across much of the world.

Square Compartment Plates
The square format brings a more contemporary, structured look to plated service — increasingly favoured by corporate dining, premium event catering, and hotel buffets that want the functionality of a compartment tray without the institutional appearance. Three large sections give enough room for generous portions, and the clean geometric edges photograph well for menus and marketing.
A simple change in plate shape that makes a visible difference in how food service is perceived.

Clamshell Containers
The snap-close lid is the detail that matters in takeaway — it keeps presentation intact between kitchen and customer, handles sauce and steam without leaking, and opens cleanly at the table. These clamshells replace polystyrene box-for-box, with no compromise on rigidity or heat retention.
Single-cavity formats suit burgers, sandwiches, and pastries. The 2 and 3 compartment variants handle full meals and combo orders where keeping items separated matters to the customer experience.

Bagasse Bowls
Soups, salads, noodles, rice bowls, desserts — every format that goes into a bowl has a size here that fits it. The range runs from a 6 oz cup well-suited for soup portions and condiments, up to a 750 ml bowl deep enough for a full noodle or rice meal. All sizes are available with a matching bagasse lid that seals securely for delivery without the need for film wrap or tape.
Freezer stable and microwave safe, these go from cold storage to hot service without changing containers — a practical advantage in fast-paced kitchens.

Rectangle Food Containers
Rectangular containers solve a specific problem in food operations — portioning and packing hot, saucy, or multi-component meals for delivery or retail display. The flat base and vertical walls make stacking efficient in cold storage, and the matching lid holds firm enough that no additional sealing is needed for standard delivery distances.
Oven safe and sturdy, these are a dependable choice for meal prep kitchens, catering suppliers, and food manufacturers who need a container that performs across the cold-to-hot chain.

For foodservice brands, delivery kitchens, caterers & retail private-label
Turns the container into brand value
On a delivery app, the container the food arrives in is the first thing a customer touches — and a compostable one is a signal they reward. Your tableware stops being a cost line and becomes part of why a customer chooses your brand.
Performs under real conditions
Hot, oily, saucy food — it holds. Microwave and oven safe, leak-resistant, sturdy enough to arrive intact. Sustainability with no compromise on the customer experience.
Answers the regulation before it hits
With single-use plastic bans tightening across the EU, UK and Gulf, switching now keeps your operation compliant ahead of the deadline — not scrambling after it.
Fully compostable end-of-life
Made from sugarcane fibre — an agricultural by-product — it breaks down in commercial composting. A genuine circular-economy claim your sustainability report can stand behind.
Natural sugarcane sweetener — export-grade powder, blocks, and cubes. No chemicals. No sulphur. Full documentation.
Why Jaggery
The Natural Sweetener Global Markets Are Asking For
Jaggery is made by concentrating fresh sugarcane juice without stripping away the molasses — which means it retains trace minerals and a depth of flavour that refined sugar cannot replicate. As clean-label and natural ingredient trends grow across Europe, the Middle East, and beyond, demand for quality export jaggery continues to rise.

Jaggery Powder
Powder form is the format most in demand from food manufacturers — it dissolves quickly, blends evenly, and integrates without the extra processing step that blocks or cubes require. Bakeries use it for natural caramel notes in biscuits and bread. Beverage manufacturers use it in health drinks and chai concentrates. Confectionery brands use it as a clean-label alternative to refined sugar syrups.
Moisture is controlled to a maximum of 5% to ensure flowability, prevent clumping in transit, and maintain full shelf life through the supply chain.

Jaggery Blocks
The traditional form of jaggery — solid blocks with deep colour and a richer, more complex flavour profile than powder. Blocks are the preferred format for ethnic grocery retail, traditional sweet makers, and Ayurvedic product manufacturers who value both the natural character and the visual authenticity of the product.
Each block is vacuum-sealed for export to prevent moisture absorption, preserve colour integrity, and ensure the product arrives in the same condition it left. Available in 500 gm and 1 kg sizes to suit both retail shelf and foodservice requirements.

Jaggery Cubes
Cubes bring the convenience of a measured portion to jaggery — one cube per cup of chai, coffee, or warm water makes dosing intuitive for the end consumer. This is the format that travels well into premium retail, specialty food stores, and health-focused brands that want to present jaggery as a refined, everyday sweetener rather than a bulk commodity.
Uniform cube shape and natural brown colour make for attractive retail packaging and a product that visually communicates quality on the shelf — without any artificial processing to achieve it.
For bakeries, beverage brands, confectionery & health-food producers
Keeps baked goods softer, longer
Jaggery is naturally hygroscopic — it attracts and holds moisture. Replace refined sugar with it and your cakes stay soft, your cookies stay chewy, and your product's shelf-life texture improves, not just its label.
A premium story on the label
A “Jaggery & Whole Wheat Muffin” sells at a higher price point than a “Sugar Muffin.” Unrefined, chemical-free, mineral-rich — it justifies a premium your marketing can actually claim.
Caramel depth refined sugar can't give
In beverages, chai concentrates and confectionery, jaggery adds a natural caramel note and colour — a flavour complexity white sugar simply cannot replicate.
Formats matched to your line
Powder blends fast into industrial mixes; cubes suit retail and beverage portioning; blocks serve traditional sweet makers. One ingredient, the right form for your process.
Export-grade flakes and powder. Sulphur free. NABL lab tested. Full COA per batch.
Why Choose Indian Origin
Consistent Quality from India’s Onion & Garlic Belt
India is among the world’s largest producers of onion and garlic, with Maharashtra and Gujarat at the centre of dehydration processing. The combination of raw material abundance, low moisture climate, and established processing infrastructure means consistent supply, competitive pricing, and traceable provenance — all key requirements for serious food ingredient buyers.
Onion flakes are the backbone of industrial seasoning blends, soup mixes, ready meal toppings, and snack seasonings the world over. The flake format rehydrates quickly, retains natural onion flavour and colour well, and adds visible texture to finished products — something powder cannot offer.
Available in ELB (Extra Large Broken) and LB (Large Broken) grades with standard 4–8 mesh. Alternative mesh sizes available on request for buyers with specific product or processing requirements. Sulphur dioxide is not used at any stage, keeping the product clean for clean-label formulations.

Beyond the Ingredient
What This Does for Your Product
Dehydrated Onion & Garlic
For seasoning blenders, sauce & snack manufacturers, ready-meal producers
Consistent flavour, every batch
Fresh onion varies by season and origin. Our dehydrated powder delivers the same flavour intensity in every production run — so your seasoning blend or sauce tastes identical, batch after batch.
Powder that disappears into the mix
At 80–120 mesh, our powder dissolves smoothly and distributes evenly through dry blends and wet bases — no gritty texture, no uneven pockets of flavour in the finished product.
Flakes that stay visible
Where your product needs to show real onion — artisan breads, gourmet snacks, premium soups — our flakes rehydrate while keeping their structure, giving a clean-label look buyers can see on the shelf.
Clean-label ready
Processed SO² nil. That single fact lets your product carry an additive-free declaration — the difference between entering a clean-label retail range or being turned away.
Microbiological Parameters
Full batch-specific COA from NABL-accredited laboratories provided per shipment. Pesticide residue testing as per EU MRL (396/2005) available on request.
